Our own process control where it decides quality, and qualified specialist capacity from the Linqu cluster where it decides cost and scale — organised as one order, not eight.
This is the part overseas buyers usually have to assemble themselves, across separate suppliers, separate quotes and separate shipping windows.
Sections designed around your product's structure, load path and application — not picked from whatever dies happen to exist. We develop dedicated dies where the product needs them, and organise production across a range of profile sizes so wall thickness, strength and material use are balanced against cost.
Powder coating and anodising, with colour, texture and decorative effects coordinated to your range — including wood-grain finishes. Finish quality is agreed against a physical standard before production, and coating thickness and adhesion are checked as part of inspection.
CNC machining, cutting and drilling to the dimensional and assembly tolerances your product actually needs. Where a component is invisible once installed, we machine to the function rather than to an unnecessary tolerance — that decision shows up in your landed cost.
Aluminium welding, structural connections, hardware fitting and modular assembly — up to the complete finished product. Where a knock-down structure saves more freight than it costs in assembly, we design for that instead.
Metal hardware, plastic parts, fasteners, seals and other components consolidated into the same product package. You receive one delivery against one purchase order, rather than five partial shipments you have to reconcile yourself.
Knock-down structure design, set packing, container loading plans and export documentation — built for transport, storage and channel distribution, so goods arrive ready for your warehouse or your dealer rather than as a repair job.
The Linqu aluminium industry gives us access to press capacity, coating lines, CNC shops and component suppliers within a short distance. We coordinate those processes and their inspection points under one programme, so the customer sees one supplier and one quality standard.
Linqu County in Shandong is one of the densest aluminium extrusion and processing regions in China. Extrusion presses, anodising and powder coating lines, CNC machining shops and hardware suppliers sit within a short drive of each other. Every one of them is capable. Almost none of them will take responsibility for assembling the whole product for you.
That gap is exactly where we sit. We are the party that holds the product together — the technical drawing, the finish standard, the inspection points, the packing design and the container plan — and answers for all of it.
Sourcing from China responsibly means knowing which factory holds which certificate, for which process. We would rather show you the right documents than make a claim that does not survive your due diligence.
Our own process control covers incoming material, machining, surface finish, assembly and final packing, and we only place work with qualified partner factories. We do not present a single group-wide certificate, because the manufacturing is distributed.
Where your market, your customer or your tender requires certification, the certificate belongs to a specific factory and a specific process. We identify the correct factory for your product, provide the current certificate set covering that product and process, and arrange third-party inspection if you need independent confirmation.
If your tender needs a named certificate before we start, tell us at the feasibility stage and we will confirm what is available for your specific product rather than after you have quoted it.
Aluminium is bulky and light, which makes the way a product packs a commercial decision, not a warehouse detail. We design knock-down structures and nesting arrangements so more product fits in the container, and we plan the loading sequence before production rather than after.
Tell us the product and the process you are worried about. We will answer with what we do in-house, what comes from a partner factory, and what that means for your quality control.
